If you can no longer attend your course and let us know outside of the 10 days within the course taking place there is no charge to move your booking. Within the 10 days we can move your booking with a 50% rebooking fee. No changes or rebooking can be made 48 hours of the course taking place if you are unable to attend the booking will be lost.

You do not need to bring anything with you on your chosen course, ingredients, equipment and lots of food puns are all included as well as tea and coffee throughout the class.

Yes, there is free parking on site.

Yes, Ashford international is 15 minutes by car depending on traffic or there is Wye station also 15 minutes away.

We have specific Adult & Child courses for ages 8-14 years. And 15+ plus can attend with a paying adult on any of our To Go Courses.

Just simply add the code on your voucher to the box at checkout. If you have a specific voucher for example a To Go voucher or Couples Voucher please note they will only be accepted on these courses when booking. You can use the voucher towards any courses just email us and we can create the booking manually for you.

We try our best to accommodate all allergies and dietary requirements where possible but on some courses this is not possible. If you are unsure before booking please contact us in advance or put it on your booking and someone will contact you if there is a problem.

We have a great selection of local wines and beers and soft drinks you are welcome to start up tabs and pay at the end. Tea and coffee and are all complementary.

All of our courses are designed to be social and fun events so we work in pairs. you will always be paired with the person you have booked with if coming in a pair or more but if coming alone you may be on your own if an odd number or with another foodie!

Unfortunately as the school is based in a listed building we do have limited access which means it is not suitable for wheelchair users or mobility scooters.

Sometimes the course end time can vary but we do always try our best to finish at the time listed.
