James Piloni 

James worked with our MD back when there were at Whiting & Hammond together as head development pastry chef. James loves everything pastry and has a keen interest in bread especially sourdoughs.


He is a young chef full of experience working in many fantastic restaurants along side some brilliant chefs. He plans to open his own bakers soon so watch this space. 


Oh and apart from bread and baking he spends his spare time in the Gym flexing his muscles.
